DESCRIPTION:Day 1 - Review 2018 and Selected Competition Problems After a
  review of the developments in EU competition law in 2018\, we will have
  a closer look at selected competition law topics. This will cover for e
 xample judicial review\, recent merger developments\, e-commerce\, the E
 CN+ Directive\, and consumer and competition issues in the digital age. 
 Experienced practitioners from competition authorities and from private 
 practice will discuss the topics with the GVH staff. Day 2 – Trainings f
 or Special Groups of Staff In separate sessions\, we will provide dedica
 ted trainings and lectures for the merger section\, the antitrust sectio
 n\, the economics section\, the consumer protection section and the Comp
 etition Council of the GVH.
