DESCRIPTION:Day 1 - Review 2016 and Selected Competition Problems After a
  review of the developments in EU competition law in 2016 we will have a
  closer look at selected competition law topics. This will cover i.a. e-
 commerce\, platform markets and big data\, treatment of rebates in abuse
  of dominance cases and joint competition and consumer law enforcement. 
 Experienced practitioners from competition authorities and from private 
 practice will discuss the topics with the GVH staff. Day 2 – Trainings f
 or Special Groups of Staff In separate sessions we will provide dedicate
 d trainings and lectures for the merger section\, the antitrust section\
 , the economics section\, the consumer protection section and the Compet
 ition Council of the GVH.
