DESCRIPTION:The seminar will provide an update on recent developments in 
 the area of Art. 101 TFEU\, with a special emphasis on procedures and on
  restrictive information exchange agreements (day 1). On day 2 we will f
 ocus on investigation techniques and case management and will provide ta
 rgeted trainings for different groups of the GVH staff. Expert practitio
 ners will share their experience on the drafting of decisions and settle
 ments\, on economic analysis in merger procedures\, on investigation pla
 ns and interview techniques in cartel proceedings and on the evaluation 
 of health claims in consumer protection proceedings.
