DESCRIPTION:    The aim of this seminar is to provide young authority sta
 ff with an opportunity to deepen their knowledge of key notions and proc
 edures in competition law enforcement. Experienced practitioners from OE
 CD countries will share their knowledge and engage in a lively exchange 
 with the participants on cartels\, mergers and abuse of dominance. We wi
 ll discuss basic legal and economic theories as well as the relevant cas
 e law. Participants will also have a chance to face and discuss procedur
